I picked up this book because I recently have been diagnosed with endometriosis so really I only read the first half of the book I was hoping to gain some knowledge of other ways to treat my symptoms besides pain medication, and this book had been recommended to me I did not like it I did not learn anything new Most of what was discussed was how Chinese medicine classifies endometriosis and what it is, which I already knew since I have been diagnosed with it for about 4 months now This bo I picked up this book because I recently have been diagnosed with endometriosis so really I only read the first half of the book I was hoping to gain some knowledge of other ways to treat my symptoms besides pain medication, and this book had been recommended to me I did not like it I did not learn anything new Most of what was discussed was how Chinese medicine classifies endometriosis and what it is, which I already knew since I have been diagnosed with it for about 4 months now This book may be an okay read for someone interested in the disease but who does not actually have it, other wise I would skip this
