Easy read for kids for the movie novel I listened to the story The narration was great Just so everyone knows I have not seen the movie I think while this is a creative movie and thought provoking it was not one of my favorites I thought it would be of a fun movie instead of a sad one I am giving it four stars because of the topic and message of the movie Kids going through similar situations with parents can relate so I applaud the movie for tackling this topic

This book was simple read I love how it was a story about a mother and daughter creating together and how the little girl struggled with her absent ill mother and how she found her creativity again as well as confidence It isn't a bad little book but it definitely could have addressed the struggle a bit so it could show other children how to cope with life changing issues such as an ill parent It didn't address the issue enough to merge the twoplot of the story
