Well intentioned as it may be, this was one of the worst experiences I ve had reading a self help book Perhaps I am not its intended audience I spent a lot of effort while reading and eventually skimming resisting the frustration of realizing that this could have easily been aeffective pamphlet than a book Nothing, including the writing style, about this book argues for its length And it s quite short as it is.
