A simple picture book showing the changing seasons through the view from a window The illustrations are lovely, they are quite imaginative and beautiful to look at This would make a good bedtime story, a gentle story with some interesting images to fall asleep with.Read on open library

  2. Miss Pippi the Librarian says:

Take a brief look at the four seasons by looking out the window The title phrase is repeated on each double spread page We read the phrase together during storytime and talked about the four seasons.2018 storytime theme windowsReviewed from a library copy.

I m a bit torn on how I feel about the text in this book I like the rhyming and feel like it makes a book about what a child sees outside their window through the changing seasons a bitrelevant However, found the right outside my window refrain on EVERY page a bit tiresome When I read it aloud to my daughter it just felt so repetitive The illustrations, on the other hand, were lovely I loved Wilton s use of shape and color The paintings have a great whimsical quality to them.

  4. Elizabeth says:

All the seasons cycle through right outside narrator s window Probably short enough for toddlers, but I don t know what theme this would fit.

  5. Natalie says:

Great pictures, rhyming text Not Law s favorite of this week s stack.

  6. Tanika says:

This story is good for imagination because its takes you on an adventure of season change and other amazing things that goes on in the world, and you can see it all from your bedroom window.
